An This rune effect frightens enemies, adding a 35% chance that they'll flee for 2.5 seconds, just as character do from the [[Obsidian Nightmarish]] Elite modifier, or monsters from the [[Horrify]] Witch Doctor skill. Fleeing monsters stop attacking entirely and will only run.
