}}''Rakanoth'' is a new character to Diablo, and his title is the ''Lord of AnguishDespair''. His design was originally used by the Blizzard North development team for [[Azmodan]], but was changed at some unknown point in time by the current Diablo III development team.
Not much is known about Rakanoth outside of he is a servant of [[Azmodan]], and will be encountered in [[Act IV]]. He serves alongside [[Cydaea]], the ''Maiden of Lust'', and [[Ghom]], the ''Lord of Gluttony''.
