Lightning Flash is enabled at level 14 and it increases the Monk's chance to [[Dodge]], for 2 seconds. A very short duration defensive bonus, but since a Monk can execute this [[combo]] in less than a second available rune effect. It becomes available at Clvl 14, he can keep this bonus active for as long as he's using the skill.
