==Skillrune Skill Rune Effects==

Skill tiers were removed for the [[July 2011 Press Event]], and Hammer of allowing the Ancients became a level 2 skillskills to unlock steadily from levels 1 to 30. The Consequently, all skill system was once again overhauled for the [[Beta Patch 13]], levels were adjusted and Hammer of the Ancients was classified as became a Secondary skill (but stayed at level 2)skill.
