===Beta===Numbing Traps was not seen until it showed up during the Diablo III [[beta ]] as a level 21 passive. In It became a level 23 passive in [[Beta Patch 13]], and when passives were reorganized for [[Beta Patch 14]], Numbing Traps ~~became a~~ was moved up to level ~~23 passive~~30.
