Like many passive skills, Blur was moved directly from a level 19 [[trait]] of the same name to level 10 when traits were changed back to passive skills in early 2011. Neither the name nor the function changed, though the stats may have been tweaked slightly. When Blur first appeared as a passive, it was at level 10, but for the beta, it was moved to level 25.

The [[beta]] started in September 2011, and Blur was moved to level 25. When passives were reorganized for [[Beta Patch 14]], Blur was moved back to level 10.
