'''Black Ice''' is a [[Wizard passive]] skill unlocked at [[level]] 2120, which increases damage done to targets frozen or chilled by the [[Wizard]].

Black Ice was removed from the game prior to the beta launch but was added back into the game later, along with [[Paralysis]] to compensate for the lack of cold and lightning based passives. Initially, Black Ice was unlocked at level 21 but in [[Beta Patch 13]], it unlocked at 20 instead.
