A ''Nodachi'' is a base [[item]] type two-handed [[sword]] that begins to drop in Normal mode.

The Nodachi (along with the [[Nagamaki]] and [[Oni Blade]]) are a few of the Asian-inspired pieces of gear in Diablo III, including many pieces of [[Armor]] (particularly for the [[Monk]]).
