[[Malthael]] is one of the five ruling members of the [[Angiris Council ]] that governs the [[High Heavens]] and the [[Heavenly Host]]. The [[Angiris Council]] inhabits He is the Archangel of Wisdom. Little is known regarding this mysterious angel and what future role he may play in shaping the central meeting chamber world of Sanctuary, Heaven, or the legendary [[Silver City]]Burning Hells.<br><br>

==Background=Stance regarding Sanctuary===Archangel Malthael is a close friend of Archangel [[Imperius]]. However, when Imperius called for a vote to decide Sanctuary's fate, Malthael cast an Abstain votechose to abstain. Imperius was satisfied nonetheless.
