The Crater Assault Troops were named in a piece of early concept art and are seen in the [[cinematic]] teaser, but have not yet been seen in the game. It's not known if they will appear as monsters to fight, or if they exist only as frightening visuals in the game's cinematic.
This name is likely a place holder, given for their purpose in the cinematic, and will not be their title in the game, if they do appear as regular monsters. They may be related to the [[Crater Assault Flyer]], a winged demon seen in the same piece of concept art.
