Changes

Ball of Lightning is a [[Wizard trait]]. It creates a ball of lightning that hovers near the Wizard, periodically striking nearby enemies for highly variable damage.  This skill is essentially the Diablo III version of the Diablo II Sorceress' {{iw|Thunder_Strike Thunder_Storm Thunder StrikeStorm}}.
