Changes

Nothing is yet known about the female Barbarian's in-game character/plot story, except itthe Barbarian's going to be the only case class in the game where the background story differs among genders.

She appears to be much younger than the male; from the images we've seen she seems to be somwhere somewhere in the same age range as most of the other heroes.
