After an interview, Jay Wilson said that the Wizard will not use instability,it will be using a new kind of source,Arcane Power which is not dissimilar to [[mana]] in a lot of ways.
The arcane power regenerates quicker than [[mana]] but the quantity of it doesn't grow very quick over time.It’s a flat amount.
