Little is known of Baerna, other than what [[Deckard Cain]] has said, which is that he was a "cruel inkeep" but his cooking was widely known as the best in the area, and even known in neighbouring kingdom [[Westmarch]].
He had a rule about minstrels, but not much is known about it. Probably disallowing or limiting use of.

Since this is based in the [[Deckard Cain GPS Voice Pack]] [http://www.diablowiki.net/Deckard_Cain_dialogue#Deckard_Cain_GPS_Voice_Pack], it might all be incorrect, but the other info said by Deckard seems to be pretty solid, so we'll go with this for now.
