Mephisto is presumed by some to be the most intelligent, strategic and analytical out of the three [[Prime Evils]], but is speculated to be the weakest in terms of power.

He is considered the most [[evil]] of the three, using this overpowering evil to bring the dead [[undead|back to life]], filling them with unmatched hate for the living to create some of the most persistent [[zombie]] creations possible.
