The '''Book of the Blind''' is an ancient [[Tome]] in [[Diablo I]] found on the 7th level of the catacombs. The contents is simply an equally ancient poem about the legendary Halls of the Blind, and initiates a quest with the same name as the halls.

It could be just an ancient poem, but the Halls of the Blind is obviously more than fiction. If this was something fabricated by [[Diablo]] or if perhaps the Halls of the Blind has been around a long time and infected with Hidden demons or if they were created by some magical mutation of the Tome being there in the first place is open to speculation.
