It's important to point out that older games will not automatically be compatible with all/any Battle.net features. This is primarily a network for StarCraft II and newer games. However, it seems ''likely'' some functionality will be used for [[StarCraft I]] since [[Rob Pardo]] has called services like iCCup a "pirate service", that Blizzard will combat.
