Artists, programmers, designers, and others directly involved with the development at [[Blizzard]], making up the Diablo III team.
As of January 2009 there were said to be around 70 people [http://diablo.incgamers.com/blog/comments/blizzard-on-the-female-monk-and-the-size-of-the-d3-team/] on the Diablo 3 team, though their roles and responsibilites were not specified. In addition to the core team, there are dozens of additional Blizzard employees assisting with the game, including the Cinematic team, Q&A, the Battle.net team, the web team, community managers, and many others whose efforts are indispensable to the project.
