::Site ain't down for me. I see which you mean. Since their .css and .js commons are also empty, I can't help you there. They probably implemented it serverside, so you'd have to ask them for the code. (side note: They have a reeeally neat search bar :P ).
::Did you flush your cache when trying edits to the common css? The css and js codes are stored on the local computer (takes ages loading it from the server every page visit), so you need to force-refresh to see the changes. Other than that, I have no experience on that end, sorry :( Don't think anyone I know does, for that matter. --[[User:Vipermagi|Vipermagi]] 13:24, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
