Studies for a Wizard, in how to extract more magical essence from slain foes.
Development
Mana Recovery was first shown at 2008 when the Wizard was unveiled. It's still assumed to be available as of 9 July 2009. The spell did originally not seem to do very much, but has been seen to drop Mana Globes in screenshots from Blizzard, published after the event.

The Mana Globes as well as the Mana Recovery skill were gone from the game by 2009. It's functionality was replaced by Stability Control.
