This idea came on the spur of the moment when I wondered what kind of a new character class Blizzard should show in Diablo 3. My idea for a new character class is the Dragon Warrior. The idea is inspired by watching movies like Shinobi, The House of Flying Daggers, Tiger & Dragon, Hero, Basilisk (animation), the series of Kung – Fu: The Legend Continues and games like Samurai Shodown 4. The Dragon Warriors possess many unusual remarkable skills and I think they are worthy to be shown in Diablo 3.
The Dragon Warriors use exotic weapons like katana and the short sword (wakizashi – or something like that – I don’t know how to write it in English), shurikens and shakens (throwing blades), throwing disks, halberds, big blades on a chain and others. They perfectly master the art of shooting with a bow. They use poison needles, smoke veils and many other skills and instruments. They can burrow and move underground using their sword, they can pass trough gratings, they can become invisible, they can throw shurikens, shakens and throwing disks all around, they possess pyrokinesis (not sure how to type it – I don’t know the word in English) and telekinesis, they can turn their body into fire, liquid or air, they can perform impossible jumps and many more.
