[[Harkin Khan]] was a former king of Ureh who made the Speech of the Saints at the balcony of the palace of Ureh, according to '''Princess''' [[Atanna]] '''Khan'''.
Harkin was not a character, but was mentioned by Atanna in the novel [[Diablo: The Kingdom of Shadow]], and thus makes him canon. Harkin Khan is presumed to be the father of '''Lord''' [[Juris Khan]].
