Blue refers to someone or something "official" from Blizzard.
For example, a Battle.net forum post by Bashiok would be called a "blue post" (and viewed via a Blue tracker) and a citation from a blue post could be called a "blue quote."
To present a quote from a Blizzard employees speaking about Diablo III in this wiki, please enclose the citation in blue tags.
