Zakarwa

Zakarwa is an adult male NPC found in Diablo 3. He's located on the desert surface of in Act II The Stinging Winds area, and is the bad guy in The Lost Girl quest. Before his gruesome death, Zakarwa was the leader of the citizens who form the Enclave of Khamsim. Zakarwa protected his village by betraying the villagers and selling their daughters to the Dark Cultists in exchange for them sparring the rest of the village.

Zakarwa's subterfuge is exposed by Varna the last survivor of the girls he sold to the Cultists.
