Lecterns

Lecterns are clickable objects found all throughout the catacombs beneath the Tristram Cathedral in Act One of Diablo III. They are usually clickable, and will often drop a lore book, such as those by Lachdanan or Leoric.

Once a character has found all of the lore books eligible to drop in a given area, lecterns become semi-random drops, and may contribute scrolls of various types, potions, gold, or nothing at all.
