Wind Shear is a rune effect in [[Whirlwind]], a [[Fury]]-spending [[Barbarian skill]].
This rune effect enables the Barbarian to spin for longer by adding back 1 point of Fury for every enemy struck. Since the Fury gain This rune is just 1 per enemy, not per hit, this is only effective when used against large groups one of enemies, and the total gain is generally considered insufficient most highly recommended for builds that utilize Whirlwind due to its ability to make this a valuable rune effectthe skill self-sustaining when properly utilized.
