Ghastly Seraph

The Ghastly Seraph is an evil Angelic creature added to the game in the Reaper of Souls expansion pack. It an only be found in Act Five, as well as randomly in [[Nephalem Rifts]].
Little is known of these creatures; they fly and move silently and appear to be a corrupted or evil Angel with a magical attack of unknown slowing [[debuff]]ing type.
