This item does not have a [[legendary affix]], and offers nothing unusual but starting in inherent properties, other than version 2.1 it was updated to have 5 primary affixes. Movement Speedspeed is still one of the default primary affixes. MS Movement speed can be useful to new characters, but players with sufficient Paragon levels can always gain more by [[enchanting]] that to a good primary affix and then making up the MS movement speed with Paragon Points.
