[[Mad Monarch's Scepter]] is a [[legendary mace]] that is found only in Reaper of Souls. This item can be found and equipped by any class. Maces are popular items for all classes except Demon Hunters.

==Trivia==

His version is just larger, more the size of a two-handed maul rather than a one-handed mace. See screenshot above.
