Changes

This item has a useful [[legendary affix]], allowing the wearer to pass through enemies unhindered. This works just as though the character was using a skill to pass through, such as Whirlwind or Strafe, and essentially turns the monsters intangible. These boots also allow passage through [[Waller]] walls.[http://diablo.incgamers.com/blizzard-tracker/devthread/us/13244044366] The character is not protected while using these boots, and can take damage from elemental effects or enemy attacks, but is able to get out of them quickly.

The boots do not pass through everything; non-monster objects, such as destructibles, ledges, [[Waller]] walls, etc, will still block the character's progress.
