This item typecan only be equipped by the [[Wizard]], and will only very rarely drop for any other class. The Smart Drop system ensures that wizard hats will usually roll with [[Intelligence]], or at least never roll with [[Strength]] or [[Dexterity]]. Any bonus skill damage will be tuned to [[Wizard skills]] as well. ==Storm Crow properties== This item has a fun [[legendary affix]] that causes a fiery ball to blast out every now and then. This is much like the [[D3v]] version of the [[Hellfire Ring]]'s proc effect, except it does actual damage.
