A gaunt figure with a black breastplate and black robes. [[Malthael]] is one of the four five ruling members of the Angiris Council that governs the [[High Heavens]] and the [[Heavenly Host]]. The [[Angiris Council]] inhabits the central meeting chamber of the legendary [[Silver city]].
Archangel Malthael is a close friend of Archangel [[Imperius]]. However, when Imperius called for a vote to decide Sanctuary's fate, Malthael cast an Abstain vote. Imperius was satisfied nonetheless. A tie would mean Santuary's destruction.
