An This rune effect grants a bonus lightning attack to any nearby enemy whenever the Wizard scores a [[Alabaster critical hit]]. This crit does not need to be landed to a nearby enemy; anything she crits with any spell at any distance can trigger it. It's not clearly just how close a monster has to be for "nearby" to apply to it and for this effect to trigger.
