Changes

Paralysis was not seen until it showed up in the Diablo III [[beta]] as a level 21 passive. It was added, along with [[Cold Blooded]] (know as [[Black Ice (passive)|Black Ice]] then) to compensate for the lack of cold and lightning based passives. For the [[Beta Patch 13]], Paralysis was moved to level 23. When passives were reorganized for [[Beta Patch 14]], Paralysis was moved up to level 37.
