Decreases [[melee]] damage taken by {{c_lime|20%}}.
Most Wizards wish to kill from a distance and avoid ever taking melee damage. As such this passive seems more designed for emergency use, or for a [[battle mage]].

Like many passive skills, Blur was moved directly from a level 19 [[trait]] of the same name when traits were changed back to passive skills in early 2011. Neither the name nor the function changed, though the stats may have been tweaked slightly. When Blur first appearedas a passive, it was a at level 10 passive, but for the beta, it was moved to level 25.
