It is currently unkown what the last class in [[Diablo III]] 3 will belaunch with 5 playable classes. The following classes has Four have so far been confirmed. The [[Barbarian]], the [[Witch Doctor]], the [[Wizard]] and the [[Monk]]revealed.
* The [[Barbarian]] and [[Witch Doctor]] were shown with the game reveal, in June 2008.
* The [[Wizard]] was revealed in October 2008 at [[BlizzCon 2008|Blizzcon]].
* The [[Monk]] was revealed in August 2009 at [[BlizzCon 2009|Blizzcon]]
* The 5th class should will likely be revealed at [[Blizzcon 2010]]; no date yet set; and , October 22-23, 2010. The fifth class is widely -expected to be an archer class. (See details below.)
