The Enclave of Khamsim is a small NPC town located in the [[Stinging WingsWinds]] level on the surface of Act II. It was explored by players during the Blizzcon 2009 demo, and may be moved or otherwise modified in the final game.
The Enclave is a small town with two entrances guarded by NPC soldiers. Within the town there are 5 or 6 NPCs, most of whom give our quests or share dialogue with player characters. Whcih NPCs were talking in each game varied a lot in the Blizzcon build, and it wasn't clear if their dialogues were tied to certain quests spawning in that game, if certain actions had to be taken to activate the quests before the NPCs would talk, or if their talkative natures were also randomly spawned.
