Slashing Strike is passive, it becomes activated from the moment you spend a skill point into it. This skill is a good choice for Barbarians who are having trouble with packs of enemies, possibly due to a slow weapon.
It is unknown how much damage Slashing Strike actually does. It may be a percentage of weapon damage or a preset amount. It may be hard to see if Slashing Strike activated ([[proc]]ed), so a visual indicator may be required.
