The Key of War is a special item dropped by Xah'Rith the Keywarden, who can be found somewhere in Stonefort in Act Three.
On Torment difficulty this monster may drop the Key of War; one of the four keys required to create the Portal Device, which is required to complete the Infernal Machine event.
