Special Assignment is a Challenges Act V Achievement. The listed Superunique monsters need to be killed to get it (worth 40 points). Note the Maiden of Flame is mentioned three times. This is because three of these Superunique monsters are encountered in Westmarch Heights.
If you are an achievement hunter, it is better to concentrate on Irreplaceable You that is identical to Special Assignment but that needs to be done in a hardcore game. Completing Irreplaceable You will automatically grant you the Special Assignment achievement.
