1. From the Quest Selection screen take quest 9. The Imprisoned Angel > Chamber of Suffering.
   
2. Take the Waypoint from Tristram to the Halls of Agony, level 2.
   
3. Locate the exit from level 2 to the Highlands Passage and directly below that is the pit where the event takes place.
4. If there is a yellow dot on the mini map the event is present.
5. If unsuccessful, leave the game and hit 'Resume' to start in Tristram again.

Special Notes:

• The Tormented Behemoth will drop A Prisoner's Journal which is required for A Quick Study achievement.
