The term end game refers to activities players engage in once their characters have reached the maximum level. Finding ways to keep the end game fresh and interesting is one of the biggest challenge for video game developers, as players want to keep finding fresh challenges and ways to improve their characters, even after they're strong enough to defeat all of the normal game content.

Diablo III offers the Inferno difficulty as an end game activity, and PvP in the Arena will be another interesting Inferno activity when it is finally enabled.
