Frost Nova is a Utility Wizard skill unlocked at Level 2.

An Obsidian Rune placed in it will alter the skill in the following way.

 Frozen Mist

The Frost Nova no longer freezes enemies, but instead leaves behind a mist of frost for 8 seconds that deals 50% weapon damage per second as Cold to enemies standing in it.
