Varna

Varna is an NPC found in Act II of Diablo 3. She is a young woman, betrayed by Zakarwa, who the player discovers chained to a stake, about to be sacrificed by a mob of Dark Cultists.

Even after she's rescued, Varna is doomed, and soon perishes in a gruesome explosion of green poison. Before dying, she manages to impart information that the player requires to complete The Lost Girl quest.
