Improved Charged BoltEdit

There was a comment about Improved Charged Bolt wondering why anyone would invest points into Charged Bolt when Improved Charged Bolt was waiting at higher levels. I removed it, for the simple answer is that Improved Charged Bolt is a passive skill that improves Charged Bolt, the active skill. It is quite likely that you must use Charged Bolt to benefit from Improved Charged Bolt, that is if Improved Charged Bolt remains a passive skill. Lazuli 01:22, 1 June 2009 (CEST)
