Droprate for other classesEdit

It seems highly unlikely that they would drop at all, or even be visible for other classes without a Wizard with points in this skill. It seems like a Wizard-specific way to accumulate mana. It's possible that different Wizards can share each others Mana Globes, but we'll have to wait for confirmation from Bashiok or someone about that.
