→History: Updated Blood Shard costs and added Phylactery to it
<noinclude>[[Kadala]] is an NPC added in Reaper of Souls who handles [[gambling]]. She appears in the town in all five acts, marked by a [[Fiery Brimstone]] on the minimap.
[[Blood Shards]] collected whilst doing [[Rift]]s can be used to gamble for weapons, armour or jewels at Kadala. Although the items are mysterious, in that no stats are revealed there isn't much gambling involved as the Blood Shards can not cannot be used for anything else.
