Skelon's Deceit are crafted [[legendary pants]] that can only be created in Reaper of Souls. This item requires the [[Skelon's Dice]], one of the [[legendary materials]] for each one crafted.
To create these, find the [[Plan: Skelon's Deceit]], which can be randomly dropped randomly by any level 70 target, and teach the plan to the [[Blacksmith]].

The required legendary material, [[Skelon's Deceit]] is obtained only from Unique (purple) [[Oppressor]]s and [[Warscarred Ravager]]s. They are the huge winged melee fighting demons, seen almost exclusively in Act Five.
