Fallen have been around since Shaman were a relatively challenging and popular monster in [[Diablo III]], and are most likely to appear in [[Diablo III]]. The Regular [[Fallen]] have been around since [[Diablo I]] and the fact that [[Bashiok]]'s avatar was is a [[Fallen Shaman]] was really just can be taken as a sort of "confirmation". Obviously they have modelled the Fallen, so the chance that they would be excluded isn't very big.
