The '''{{PAGENAME}}''' is a tiny dungeon that appears can appear in the [[Dahlgur Oasis]] in [[Act II]]. Although there are no quests or events here there is a lore entry needed for the [[Judge of Character]] achievement. There's also a merchant so you can repair and sell junk if need be.

{{Template:Waypoint}}is in the [[Dahlgur Oasis]] and there is one in the very short [[Path to the Oasis]] which leads off the very bottom of the Oasis.  The Rotting Cellar usually appears at the bottom half of the Oasis so if you're trying to farm for the Lore book then it's best to get the Waypoint to the Path to the Oasis and walk up from there.
